Dennis's Story
Dennis started in the mortgage business in 2004 — and over a 20-year career he has done one thing, over and over: bring South Florida families home. More than $150M+ in funded loans later, the mission hasn't changed.
He built that experience inside the major retail banks — Wells Fargo and Bank of America — and now leads the Hometown Home Loans Team at Rize Mortgage — a team built around the buyers the industry too often overlooks: first-time buyers, first-generation buyers, and families who'd rather talk numbers en español.
He's fully bilingual, a first-time homebuyer specialist, and he treats every client the way he'd treat a neighbor — because in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, they usually are.
